Individualized sessions with Ted Trush

 Physique Coaches

Ted Trush, co-founder of BodyAthletica, is a well-honed athlete with more than 25 years experience. In 1996, he won the Thunder Bay Bodybuilding Championships, heavyweight division and overall titles, and placed in the top three at the Northern Ontario Championships a year later. In 2007 he placed 3rd in the heavyweight division at the Ontario Provincial Championships, and went on to take home 3rd place at the Canadian National Bodybuilding Championships in 2008. He recently took home the 1st place trophy in the Superheavyweight Open Division and 2nd place in the Heavyweight Masters Division a the 2011 Ontario Bodybuilding Championships. Ted has trained alongside such athletes as former Canadian Powerlifting Champion Al Young, and World Powerlifting Champion Yanne Toivanen. His own personal records include a 575-lb benchpress, a 704-lb deadlift, and a 748-lb squat.

Tara Rose, Nutrition & Wellness Specialist (NWS), brings over 15 years experience in performance nutrition, sports supplementation, health promotion and public relations. Her client roster has included celebrity trainers Harley Pasternak and Ron Mathews, Dr. Natasha Turner ND, Dr. Heather Tick MD, FAME Fitness & Model Expo, and the World Natural Sports Association.

She has also contributed her nutrition expertise to the #1 bestselling book, The Supercharged Hormone Diet and the upcoming Carb Sensitivity Program, both by Dr. Natasha Turner ND.

 

Sandra Pacheco, the newest addition to the BodyAthletica coaching team, is an avid competitor and personal trainer. She has been competing in Fitness and Figure competitions since 2004 and placed 1st in Figure (Short) in 2009 at the South Central Ontario Championships, 1st place (Masters) and 3rd place (Short) a the 2009 Ontario Championships and recently qualified for the Nationals at the 2011 Ontario Championships with her best conditioning ever.

She is motivating, energetic, and knows how to get her clients results - fast. Sandra is available for one-on-one personal training using BodyAthletica training principles in the Greater Toronto Area.
